Concern of cost

Cost Concerns?

Unfortunately many patients don’t go to the dentist as much as they should because of cost and this leads to big problems. Putting things off never makes it better, and sadly the treatment for it just becomes more complicated, more invasive and more expensive.

Here is some information as to how we can assist reduce costs for you:

  • A range of payment options available. We offer MySmilePlan (link to their website), NAB direct debit, Ezidebit as well as the ability to set up direct transfer on a weekly or fortnightly basis to go towards your dental treatment. Each has advantages and disadvantages so please discuss with us as to what would be the best option for you.The best way to explore these options is to come in for a check-up so we can give you a quote, and then rank what needs to be done in order of urgency. Book for a check up now
  • Preferred providers – We are HCF and Westfund preventative providers (no gap for preventative dental). Read more below
  • No gap for DVA and CDBS (Children’s Dental Benefits Scheme) patients *conditions apply

  • Working with your health fund – We can provide a quote from your health fund right in the clinic so you know the gap and can plan for it
  • We will always give you a quote before starting any work. Nothing is worse than a surprise bill.
  • We focus on quality and VALUE. This is the most important thing we offer. We will never be the cheapest or most expensive dentist, because we believe in quality and 'doing it once, doing it well". The worst thing is seeing patchy dental work that won't last.

The second worst is unnecessary treatment. We will provide all options and work together to find the one that suits you most. The most expensive care is not always the most suitable. We want you to feel comfortable in being open to us not only about what you can and can’t afford, but also what you really want. We will listen to you and try to work with you and your budget, your needs and your lifestyle.
